Introducing Indo to Taiwan Junior High School-Story by Tesha Aritonang, Indonesia

Being a student in Taiwan has given me the opportunity to introduce my country. I joined this NGO named The World in Your Classroom. As it is mentioned in its name, I brought Indonesia to one of the classes at Taoyuan Junior High School. I was able to promote Indonesia Tourism and Culture especially Batak Culture by showing them some clothes we usually wear during ceremonies, such as Ulos and Sortali. I also had the chance to teach them a traditional dance “Sinanggar Tulo”. It was a fun and great experience.
